This policy covers the Pixel Pop app, its App Clip, pack downloads, and shared replay pages. Some features described here are part of the upcoming update and may not yet be available in the App Store version.
Pixel Pop is designed for kids and families. We believe coloring apps should be calm, safe, and respectful -- not data-hungry or manipulative. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do.
Pixel Pop does not ask you to provide personal information to start coloring. If you contact support, we receive your message and the contact information you choose to provide.

You can color without entering your name, email address, or account details. The app still collects the limited technical and usage information described below.

These analytics events are associated with the installation identifier, so they are linked to that installation rather than anonymous aggregate counts. We do not use them to identify your name or track you across other companies’ apps.

Pixel Pop can be used without creating an account, sharing a name, or providing an email address. We do not use advertising identifiers or track activity across other apps. Parents can manage purchases and notification permissions through their Apple device settings. If you have a concern about information relating to a child, please contact us using the address below.

Pixel Pop uses the OpenPanel software library to send limited usage analytics to our self-hosted analytics service. These events are not sent to an advertising network.
Coloring progress is stored locally. When iCloud is available, the full app also uses Apple's private CloudKit database to sync coloring progress and history across your devices. Artwork included with the app or already downloaded can be colored offline.

Cloudflare hosts our pack service. Like other network providers, it processes connection information such as IP addresses to deliver requests and protect the service.

The App Clip stores coloring progress and sound and haptic preferences on your device. It does not send the full app’s usage analytics. When you install the full app, it can import your App Clip coloring through local shared storage so you can continue where you left off.
Purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit.
We do not receive:
StoreKit supplies transaction details needed to unlock and restore artwork. Our first-party analytics also records purchase and restore activity, including the transaction and product identifiers, purchase date, amount, currency, and entitlement status, associated with the random installation identifier.
If you enable new-pack alerts in the upcoming refresh, Apple gives the app a device push token. Our pack service stores that token, its delivery environment, consent information, and a hashed registration credential needed to manage the subscription. We use these to deliver new-pack notifications through Apple Push Notification service. These optional announcements tell you about Pixel Pop content, including packs with a free sample and additional artwork available through the one-time purchase. We disclose this as developer marketing and app functionality; tokens are not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Turning off new-pack notifications in the app requests removal of the server registration; if offline, the app retries when a connection is available.
Continue-coloring reminders are scheduled locally on your device using your coloring progress. You can turn these off separately while keeping new-pack alerts. You can also change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Creating a replay link is optional. It uploads the selected Pixel Pop artwork and its ordered coloring steps to our Cloudflare-hosted service. The replay may include total coloring duration, but contains no account, name, email, app installation identifier or coloring-session timestamps. This feature does not accept personal photos or captions.
Anyone who receives the random link can view, copy or forward it. Links are not password protected and have no automatic expiry. We ask search engines not to index replay pages. In Settings → Shared Replays, the creating installation can remove a link; this disables our public page and deletes its replay data. We store the replay data, request identifiers, creation time, and a hash of a separate removal credential to serve the link and manage removal. We retain a small revocation record to prevent a retried upload from restoring the link. Removal controls may be lost if you delete the app. Copies or previews saved elsewhere cannot be recalled.
The replay website counts daily page loads, replay starts, completions and App Store link clicks without creator, visitor or replay identifiers. These are event totals, not unique-person counts. It uses no analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request URLs to deliver and protect the service. A replay link is an unlisted public address, not a promise of anonymity from the hosting provider. Opening the App Store or sharing through another app is subject to that service’s own privacy practices.

There is no Pixel Pop account to delete. You can manage notification preferences in the app and in iOS Settings. You can color artwork already on your device while offline.
Coloring progress is stored on your device and may also sync through your iCloud account; deleting the app may remove local data. You can manage iCloud storage through Apple device settings. For questions about data held by our services, or to request help with deletion, contact us below.

We will never introduce ads or third-party tracking without updating this policy.
